Sobre Samanta Schweblin
Va néixer a Buenos Aires en 1978. Els seus dos primers llibres de contes, antologados en Ocells en la boca i altres contes van obtenir els premis Fons Nacional de les Arts i Casa de les Amèriques 2008. La seva primera novel·la, Distancia de rescate (2014), va ser nominada al Premi Booker Internacional, va obtenir els premis Shirley Jackson i Tournament of Books com a millor llibre publicat aquest any als Estats Units i va ser portada al cinema per Claudia Llosa per a Netflix.
