Objetos comunes

Sobre el llibre Objetos comunes de Oriol Pibernat i Domènech publicat per Ajuntament de Barcelona al 2026:

This catalogue from Disseny Hub Barcelona traces the history and present of product design through the museum’s collection. With a clear, visual and reflective approach, Common Objects shows how everyday objects become cultural heritage and also active agents in the debates of our time. From the historical narrative of local design to questions of sustainability, accessibility, collective usefulness and the city, the book builds a bridge between Barcelona, material culture and contemporary challenges.
